Thursday the second of February our current artist in resident has arrived from Cameroon. Guy Bertrand Wouete, 25 year old painter, lives in Douala. He wil take up new projects in photography and video during his three month stay at our studio in the Bellamystraat. Projects in which he will focus on the contradictions of the present day as he will investigate suburbian life in the city of Amsterdam.
