safda adf afs We are very happy to see that five Thami Mnyele Foundation fellows: Dominique Zinkpè, Lakin Ogunbanwo, Senzeni Marasela, Terrence Musekiwa and Zanele Muholi will be represented in 1-54 Fair in London this October.

Founded in 2013 by Touria El Glaoui, 1-54 is the first and only international fair dedicated to contemporary African art. With three editions per year—in London, New York and Marrakech—as well as a pop-up fair in Paris, 1-54 is the leading global art fair committed to providing visibility to contemporary art from Africa and its diaspora. 

1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair is delighted to announce its return to Somerset House for the 11th consecutive year. Taking place from 12 – 15 October 2023 (VIP & Press Preview 12 October), the 2023 edition of 1-54 London will host over 60 international exhibitors, its largest number to date. The fair will take place from 12 – 15 October at the Somerset House.

Dominique Zinkpè will be presented by SEPTIEME Gallery and Montresso Art Foundation. Lakin Ogunbanwo will be presented by WHATIFTHEWORLD.  Senzeni Marasela will be presented by Galerie Eric Dupont. Terrence Musekiwa will be presented by Galerie Eric Dupont. Zanele Muholi will be presented by Galerie Carole Kvasnevski.
