We are very happy to receive a positive advice and a grant from the Amsterdam Fund for the Arts (AFK)!

The AFK published the results of the four-year subsidy scheme for the arts plan 2025-2028. We are very excited to see that Thami Mnyele Foundation will receive a grant for the next four years.

‘The committee finds the long-running artists in residence program to be of great artistic value to the art institutions in Amsterdam and therefore to the city. According to the committee, the knowledge about and experience with intercultural exchange has a strong cultural significance for the city and the partners.’

We are looking forward to the upcoming years and to continue to work with amazing artists, curators and thinkers from Africa and diaspora!
