How to apply for a residency at the Thami Mnyele Studio.
Applicants are invited to apply by submitting two recommendations, a resume (or CV), an artist statement, and a written statement outlining their interests, motivations, and plans for their residency in Amsterdam. Candidates should consider fine art creation as their primary profession, having either completed formal fine art training at a university, college, or similar institution, or demonstrated serious commitment through several years of work in a community art center. Alternatively, candidates may possess several years of independent artistic practice without formal education.

Please note that decisions made by the selection committee are final, and correspondence regarding results is not possible. The Foundation's board cannot offer application advice due to the high volume of submissions received annually.
